Why can't I just use Outlook?
You can if your mail list is 10-20 people but one of the most important points to be aware of is that this software does NOT need an SMTP server. If you try and send 100s or 1000s of emails in one go using Outlook or similar email program using your ISPs email server it will be stopped because they put limits on email sending. This software product has it's own inbuilt SMTP server and sends emails direct to teh recipients email server bypassing the problem. You can however easily export your outlook contacts as a mailing list for input to this software.
